In the Showring
Showing our dogs forms a big part of the WSSCSW and we hold two combined shows every year – one in the spring and one in the autumn – held under the RKC Rules and Show Regulations.
At each show we hold a Single Breed Championship Competition in which we present both Dog and Bitch Championship Certificates and overall Best in Show; there is also an Open Competition of 22 classes; and finally a Special Awards Competition of three classes which is an ideal opportunity for up and coming judges to get proper hands-on experience of judging quality dogs.
In this section you will find all the results, critiques, and news from the Showring as well as useful advice if you intend to show your dog too.
The results and critiques of all our shows going back many years are also archived here – please let us know if you discover any errors or ommissions.
